Bhoomi Pooja is performed to appease Bhoomamtalli or Goddess Earth. This pooja is most important to be performed before any construction. By doing this pooja we take the permission and seek forgiveness from Bhoomi Devi as during construction we disturb the earth’s equilibrium.

This pooja is performed usually in the north-east corner of the plot by invoking Bhoomi Mata, and mantras are chanted dedicated to Goddess earth and the pooja is performed to seek the blessings to have a happy life.

When to Perform Bhoomi Pooja?

The date for performing the this Pooja is fixed using the Vaastu time which comes maximum twice in a month.
